At Punekar Cotton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our returns portal or email our support team with your order ID and the reason for return to begin the process.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition with all Punekar Cotton tags attached and the original packaging intact.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address within 24-48 hours; please hand over the sealed package to our courier partner.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After a successful quality check at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchanged size within 5-7 business days.
